Writing the whole article will be a breeze, but once you get through the first sentence. The first sentence in the article gets erased five times before one becomes permanent, but when I write, i don't know about you. The same goes with writing. Everything follows, but once you start. The hardest part is to just 'go ahead and go', when you want to travel. The hardest thing you'll ever have to do is to 'start'.

As long as it suits your purpose, you can start your article with any sentence. There is no exact formula for starting. Or you could go straight to the point, an anecdote, a question, you could start it with a quotation. There are actually a lot of ways by which you could begin your article.

What's the Purpose of the Article?

Then you could go straight to the point, if you want to inform. Then maybe you could start with a question, if you want to persuade. Then a famous quote may do, if you want to inspire. Then a funny anecdote might do well, if you want to entertain. Or simply to inform, to persuade, to inspire, is it to entertain? What is your purpose? So think about why you're writing that article.

Then he will be interested, and if he is able to relate, he will be able to relate, if your reader answers "yes" to your question. " This is a good strategy because you're automatically creating a bond with your reader. " or "When was the last time you had a good night's sleep?
